Taira Toganin - On the job

Taira Toganin works as the Mikokage's assistant in Heart Shrine Village. But he doesn't do normal work, unlike other assistants who handle paperwork or missions, Taira is tasked in keeping the city running efficiently and safely. He works at running: the water system (sewers, plumbing, etc), electricity, gas, and other utilities. He also coordinates the city's commerce, including the farming and various festival events.

On the side he's thinking of opening a Host Club, but has yet to work out location or zoning. Stay tuned to his adventures and see what happens
